Return & Refund Policy

At PairPair, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at pairpairai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made bracelets
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
