PROCESSING TIME - All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY - Hong Kong: 1-3 business days - Asia (Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Taiwan): 5-10 business days 

United States & Canada: 7-14 business days  

Europe (UK, EU): 7-14 business days - Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal services. SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. PairPair is not responsible for any additional charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at pairpairai@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
